Data marketplace design
We design data marketplace architectures that give business users a clear way to access the internal and external data sources relevant to them.

01 /
We organise data with descriptions, ownership information and terms of use. This makes it easier to tell which data is fit for a given analysis or business task.
02 /
We design how data is requested, approved and accessed. Permission and security rules are enforced as part of the access process.
03 /
We connect internal and external data sources into a unified usage structure. This can reduce the time spent searching for data and provide a basis for new analyses, digital services or data monetisation models.

Our approach
We design the data marketplace based on user needs and the data assets available. We treat the findability of data, its quality descriptions and its access rules as parts of the same service. Alongside the architecture, we also clarify the operational responsibilities of data owners and users.
Working together
We map what data is available and who would use it. We select the first data marketplace offering and the business cases it should support.
We design how data is described, searched and accessed. We align the data quality, security and ownership requirements.
We draw up the pilot implementation plan for the selected data domain. Together with users, we check whether the planned offering and access support their work.
We define the technical and operational tasks needed for launch. We set out how further data sources will be added and how usage will be monitored.
